Sometimes things don’t plan out as expected… that’s life. If a situation presents itself that means you feel you cannot honour what you have paid for, please contact me directly so that I can understand and try to accommodate to the best of my (and my diary’s!) ability.
If the situation results in you needing to cancel any payment arrangement made, then please note the following:
Session/Course has not started – and 14 days’ notice provided and we have acknowledged the same:
You can expect to receive a 100% refund.
Session/Course has not started – and at least 7 days’ notice provided and we have acknowledged the same:
You can expect to receive a 50% refund.
Session/Course has not started – and less than 7 days’ notice provided:
There will be no refund.
I accept that there will always be exceptional circumstances, which is why I implore that you contact me as soon as you have any concerns with regard to honouring your commitment to attend your sessions and/or courses. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
