Cosy Club is an opportunity for busy people to take some time out of their busy lives to move gently, breathe slowly, meditate, quieten the internal chatter and relax. Think of it like a monthly reset for your nervous system.
This gentle, restorative, relaxing yoga class takes place on the first Thursday evening of every month on-line, at 7pm-8:15pm.

During the session, I will guide you through some very gentle movements – very accessible to all – to reduce and unwind tension and tightness in the body, we will do some breathing exercises that are calming and cantering, I will guide you through a short meditation and there will also be time for a 10 – 15 minute guided relaxation to finish. I choose a different theme each month and weave throughout the session beautiful, inspiring and uplifting quotes and poetry. This session will leave you feeling calm, relaxed, energised and refreshed.
