After an initial consultation call of 45 mins, we get together each week for just 20 mins (on zoom) so you can update me on progress towards your health goals and point out any areas where you are struggling. I prescribe just a few practices based on the information you provide each week for you to do in your own time.
I take all the overwhelm out of your wellbeing journey by choosing tailored practices for you to each week.
You get accountability and professional guidance each week.
