Yoga was never meant to be one-size-fits-all. It’s a deeply personal practice, designed to support you as a whole person — body, mind, and spirit. That’s why I take an individualised approach to every client I work with.

In my Vitality Vault, I’ve created a rich library of practices, meditations, and training videos that I carefully select from, for you, based on your specific needs and goals. Together, we’ll discover the right tools to support your health, mindset, and energy — starting from where you are, right now.

And the best part? As you begin to understand yourself more deeply, you’ll gain the confidence to continue to build up this personalised toolbox of practices and rituals. So you can keep showing up for yourself — not just during sessions, but in your everyday life.

How it works:

The Vitality Vault costs just £15.00 a week (£60 per month)! (Please note - a minimum 3 month commitment is required - to ensure we have enough time together to achieve a good level of transformation.)

After an initial consultation call of 45 mins, we get together each week for just 20 mins (on zoom) so you can update me on progress towards your health goals and point out any areas where you are struggling. I prescribe just a few practices based on the information you provide each week for you to do in your own time.
